To educate, guide, and assist the UNDEREMPLOYED in the trade by connecting talented young individuals with opportunities in business and specialized training to build a lasting future for themselves, their families and their communities.

• Today in the US, there are 6+ million unfulfilled positions in the trades sector
• Large number of underemployed individuals with no visible path to advance
